Cancellation Policy

Changing or Cancelling Your Appointment

• Please give at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.
• This allows enough time for the appointment slot to be offered to another client.

Less Than 48 Hours’ Notice

• If you cancel or reschedule with less than 48 hours’ notice, 50% of the total treatment price will be charged.
• This helps cover the time, preparation and products reserved specifically for your appointment.

Less Than 24 Hours’ Notice or No-Show

• If you cancel or reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not arrive for your appointment without letting us know, 100% of the full treatment price will be charged.
• Any deposit already paid will not be refunded in these circumstances.

Deposits

• All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to secure your appointment.
• Deposits can only be transferred to a new appointment date when more than 48 hours’ notice is given.
• If you cancel within the notice periods above, the deposit will be retained as part of the cancellation fee.

Late Arrivals

• Up to 15 minutes late: treatment may still go ahead, but appointment time may need to be shortened. The full treatment price will still apply.
• More than 15 minutes late: the appointment may need to be cancelled and the full treatment fee may be charged.
• This is to protect treatment quality, safety and the timing of other client appointments.

We understand that unexpected situations can happen, and we always aim to be as fair as possible. This policy is in place to protect appointment time, treatment preparation and the overall running of the clinic, while making sure every client receives the care and attention they deserve.
